My work creating a Fireplace Mantle for our Park House that we are selling. We removed the mantle we had because it was so pretty. I created this mantle from pine but painted it a dark chocolate color. I really like the gold insets on the sides - fun router work.

Here is a Wine Rack I created also for the Park house basement.  The basement has one old window well that was covered up historically by a patio slab that was later converted to a "back room" - totally slab size less than 250 sq ft.

Had great fun using the router mounted to the table to cut out all the joints. Each of the crossing members joins with the adjacent crossing piece. I think I calculated there were some 160 cuts made. Painted Hammered Gold with some Bronze highlights.

This a nice large bookcase I made in order to recycle the doors.  The doors are from one of our old bedrooms that had 3 pairs of nice interior windows.  The size of the doors pretty much defined how big the piece was. I decided to use standard dimensional lumber to make it heavy. Plus I found it difficult to locate "nicer" wood material. SO - I used pine.
